what i want: i need a plugin that when a player clicks on a diamond armor/tool peice with a blue dye it repairs his armor by 3% for example
and in the chat it says to the player
&c "item name" Repaired [durability]
ex.
&c Diamond chest plate repaired 97%
then when i click on it again
&c Diamond Chest plate repaired 100%
then the dura will be full dura when it reaches 100%


diamond armor/tools can be repaired with light blue dye named "&d Diamond Scrap"

and also could you add a custom armor durability option in a config? to change the durability diamond/gold/leather/chain mail/iron armor has
