Dragon Anti PvPLeaver

I put the plugins into my server but it just won't work at all I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I need help please.

There is no error, Thats the problem.

 

When someone logs off is it killing the player?

 

Nope

 

Hmm, get someone to log off, and hit him then log off in 2 seconds
Then check console for any errors

 

I already have nothing happens...

 

No errors in console when someone logs off while getting hit?
Check to see if the plugin is in the plugins folder

 

It is in the Folder I like triple checked it for you.
