Looks like someone skinned dynmap mod. I use that for my SMP server. I think they may also be using the additional mod called Landmarks for the tokens for home, etc.
Rendering is really not the same as dynmap, the zoom is really great, and using Google Map... Any idea ?
are you looking for the actual world folder? or the mapping program? edit: re-reading your posts, i'm assuming you are looking for the mapping program. tectonicus is another one, but i don't think the output looks like that
