Problem/Bug Do you have a replacement plugin?

I'm not good at English. Please understand even if you can't understand me clearly.
My Server version is 1.5.2. And Bukkit version is R1.1 Spigot.
I use Plugin 'OwnBlocks' that protect others blocks.
It is good protection plugin.
But there was a problem.
When I start the server, It takes more than hours because of 'OwnBlocks'
So I want to replace it with another plugin, There is no better plugin than 'OwnBlocks'
Do you know other plugins to recommend?

 

1.5? I don't think any plugins are being built for then which makes finding a stable complete plugin for that version a pain.

 

1.5.2 Came out over 4 years ago. You should update it. I would expect there are no more plugins being made for that version. Following the tutorial HERE, update to newer version of bukkit/spigot.
