Question Do someone know what permission node i can use to disable players to build? (PEX)

Depends on what you want. What server are you hosting? You may not need a permission node

 

So, since you have essentialsantibuild, take away
essentials.build.place.(what ever you have)
essentials.build
essentials.build.place
essentials.build.break.(what ever you have)
essentials.build.break

Then if you want them to be able to interact with stuff such as enderchest, crafting tables, etc etc
add: essentials.build.interact.(block or *)
If you want them to pick/drop items do:
essentials.build.drop.(block or *)
essentials.build.pickup.(block or *)
