Plugin Help Disguise plugin that allows player to see their form?

I have tried using idisguise and looked at disguise craft... both seem to have the same features of which is that when doing x command players will see you as the set mob/player... but you cannot see the transformation yourself. I have seen other servers that have hide and seek have a disguise plugin that allows players to see themselves as cows (with a sort of barely visible outlining of yourself as you run about). I'd really like to have that. Does anyone know of such a plugin that offers that?
