Disable Specific Give Commands?

    I'm using the latest bukkit with essentials suite plugins.
    How would I go about disabling specific give/item id's, so if the person legitimately mines and builds a diamond block they can spawn it? Because I don't want to disable the blocks entirely, just don't want the generated.
