Disable Some Items/Events (Enchanting, Brewing, Etc.)

Suggested name: kDisable

What I want: I'd like a plugin that disables enchanting for every item but pickaxes, also, this plugin would disable brewing pots. (Or drinking/splashing pots, as long as potions can't be used)
And also somehow disable the use of OP Apples (322:1)

Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin.

Ideas for permissions: None

When I'd like it by: Take your time.

No, I do not have enough knowledge in java yet to make this plugin, otherwise I would have.

 

For the potions, when a player clicks (I think you can detect right click) get the item in hand and if it is equal to a potion delete the item in their hand.

Cancel the ItemEnchantEvent if the item is not a pickaxe and BrewEvent and cancel easy: Hunger/Health update for the op apple( a little messy ) or little bit advanced: listen for the packet and do it then.

 

I knew that, but, I really didn't know how to apply that to a plugin, Since I'm not very good at coding.

 

Please release it on BukkitDEV, I would love to see something like this come out Would really help limit all the crazy stuff players can do with potions and encantments
