Disable pvp for 1 player

name: DisablePvP

What I want: If its possible can you make a plugin that disables pvp for 1 player not the whole server so it would be like /PvPdisable (Username) and it would disable pvp in all worlds ONLY for them no one else

Ideas for commands: /PvPdisable (Username) /PvPenable (Username)

Ideas for permissions: player.disablepvp to give permission to who can disable's whose pvp

 

How you mean disabling pvp? The player can't deal and suffer damage? BTW if you can wait I can make the plugin on July 17, currently I'm busy.

Commands:
/DisablePvP <player> - Disable PvP for a player.
/EnablePvP <player> - Enable PvP for a player.

Aliases:
/PvPEnable & /PvPDisable

Permission: DisablePvP.<player name> or DisablePvP.*

Features: It works for normal attacking a player, projectiles like arrows etc and bad potions. And it saves the player's uuid which have disabled pvp in the config file.
