   Hi, I need a plugin, to disable name tags on the server. Auto sneak is rather annoying, so if there was something that would completely disable the name tags I would be grateful.

   There have been multiple threads posted about this before; the short answer is no; it is not possible without client modification. There is, however, autosneak which makes you look like you are sneaking when you are actually not.

   So you move normaly, you don't have to jump whenever you want to move on some lower lvl platform and other stuff ?

   It's basically normal movement (to you) and it appears like you are sneaking.
