Did I get scammed...

Hey guys, so I was in need of a plugin, I got it pretty much all made, and then the person making it for me said I need to pay the WorldEdit dev $28 I paid it to him, and he (I think :/) Payed it to the worldEdit dev. I then recived another message from him, I need to pay another $40 for not releasing the plugin etc :/

I just dont know what to do. My qeustion: is worldedit free to intergrate with your own plugin??

WorldEdit is free to use in your plugins! He defiantly scammed you... I'm sorry. The Worldedit API is open and free to use for any developer out there.

Wow.. You made a plugin request and you paid money to have it completed? Umm.. It's supposed to be free.

I already said that: Yes-- it is free

 

If you paid by PayPal you may be able to get the money back.
