    For Spout, you drop the jar in your plugins folder. You can rename it to Spout.jar if you want, but you don't have to... just make sure you don't have a Spout.jar and a spout-dev-SNAPSHOT.jar in there at the same time.

    For Spoutcraft, you would need to know how to manually install a mod:

    So for the Client side I have to add it as if i were adding a mod? And for the server side I just drop it into plugins? Right? If then Spout is the server side. And Spoutcraft is the client side. Right?

    Help please? Bukkit build 1185, Spout Dev Build #375.
    When I remove Spout, it works.
    And My CraftBukkit.jar is not Modded, older versions of spout work on my 1.7.3

    no. Spoutcraft (client-side) has it's own launcher that will mod your .jar for you. Spout (server side) is a plug-in, just like you thought.

    Try running with no plugins BUT spout, and try Spout Dev #378 (Do NOT try #376 or #377, I broke them :p ) and see if you are still getting the error.

    (Just Craftbukkit.jar, the files and folders it generates, and spout.jar in the plugins folder.)
    Nothing but Spout 378 as a plugin.

    All other 1.8.1 supported Plugins work just fine. (Error only occurs with spout)

    Also, the latest Spoutcraft build works perfectly.

    I got pail working. This is fantastic. No more problem.
    You should put a disclaimer "Will not work with Crafty"

    It's still there. And I've been thinking about what @Afforess said
    My server utilizes Crafty, a GUI for Bukkit. So Maybe, Does Spout conflict with Crafty.jar?

    HOORA! IT works. I deleted Crafty, and used the original run.bat and it worked.

    p.s. I tried Pail and it stalls.

    Heh, could you perhaps intergrate the (or, a.. havent looked into it too much) better glass mod? o.o, with an option ofcourse... and probably better grass, though personally I think it looks worse that way xD

    Heh, kk, I was also thinking a reflective or one-way glass would be awsome, not that I've looked into it, and I'm thinking it would be tricky, particularly to prevent x-raying with :p
