dev bukkit suggestion

My suggestions to dev bukkit

First :
please don't moderate the uploaded files because you already moderated the plugin

Second :
please allow us to upload many files of a version of a minecraft

1. ?_? The approval of a Project has nothing to do with its files... Even if a Project contains no rule-breaking content, its files can still be malicious. Files will always be moderated, despite the Project's status...

2. ? If you mean that you want to select multiple Versions, just hold SHIFT and ARROW-UP/DOWN

... Well, there is no restriction for minecraft version selection...

Well, you obviously cannot name your File the same as an existing one... but that has nothing to do with the Minecraft Version...
