Suggested name: DelayedJoinCommands

What I want: (I'm aware that there are atleast 3 plugins like this, but they don't have a customizable delay when the commands are sumoed, they just sumo the commands instantly and bug out my scoreboard and few another plugins.) The plugin sumos commands as a player when they join with a delay which can be set in the config (preferably with ticks)
Ideas for commands: /djc reload - reloads the config

Ideas for permissions: none (the reload command will be used by ops anyway)

When I'd like it by: Today/Tomorrow

Confused a bit by your request. Do you mean like when it says:
'Teleporting in 5 seconds...'
?

 

Let's say I wanted for players to get a diamond everytime they join, I would add the command /give {player} diamond 1 everytime they join the server but only after the delayed that is specified in the concifg for example after 100 ticks.

 

So who do you want to execute the command? Console or the player?

Time in ticks as well as list of commands to be executed by the player that joins are in the config.
