   On my private server i have monsters disabled. I want to make monsters spawn ONLY in designated areas. I have looked at epic zones but i am unable to find the command. I want them to spawn in dungeons and areas i will create as a forest. Is there any way?

   WorldGuard. Set spawning to false on the __global__ region, then create regions where you set spawning to true
