Cycling through signs

    Suggested name: SignCycling

    What I want:
    My idea is to have a wall with signs and that they are randomly cycling through different signs.
    For example, I've got a Skywars minigame and when the game has started the sign dissapears. The games that are not ingame will apear randomly on the wall. If there no other signs, it will say "searching for games"

    Ideas for commands:
    /sc createwall <name>
    /sc pos1 <wallname>
    /sc pos2 <wallname>
    /sc addsign <name> <lineNumber> <wallname>

    Ideas for permissions:
    Doesn't really matter

    When I'd like it by: I would appreciate tomorrow, but it doesn't matter :)

    This plugin would have to be part of the sky wars plugin in the exampe
