Filled CustomTimeCycle

Minecraft version: Minecraft 1.10

Suggested name: CustomTimeCycle

What I want: I want a plugin where I can set how long the day cycle, and night cycle will last. When a player holds a clock, it will show the time left.

Message Example (open) Message Example (close)

&7Time Left Until &2Day/Night&8: &7HH&8:&7MM&8:&7SS

When it becomes day or night a message will come up

Messages (open) Messages (close)

Day: &fTime &8» &7The sun is now rising, it is now &2Day&7!
Night: &fTime &8» &7The sun is falling, it is now &2Night&7!

Those messages will only show in the world "Survival" changeable in the config!

Commands and Permissions:
timecycle.set [Given to OP]
/DayCycle set [Seconds] > Sets how many seconds the day cycle will last Default: 900 Seconds
/NightCycle set [Seconds] > Sets how many seconds the night cycle will last Default: 1200 Seconds

In the config: Change all messages in the config, and how long each cycle lasts, Change which world(s) the time messages show in.

When I'd like it by: Whenever is possible!
