Custom Potion Effects

Is there any of making a custom potion effect. So when you go into your inventory it will show as if it was a normal potion effect?

@Shqep I think he means a custom potion effect that would appear in the inventory like a normal one would.

@Shqep So if you were to take a strength potion and go into your inventory it would say "Strength" and the time remaining. I want to replicate that for my custom effects. For example, I have a custom effect of vulnerability. I want it to say "Vulnerability" when they go into their inventory.
