Custom Nicknames Commandhelper

Hi I need to make a command that dose this:

i am useing namechanger to change the players names but it wont show the custom nickname
but {PLAYER} dosent work with command helper only essentials i have looked all over sk wiki for the awnser and cant find it the best i have found that works is:
