Custom KeepInventory

So I was looking if anyone can make a plugin where you can toggle every item in the game whether it drops on death or not. For example: In my server, we have 2 rarest items. The Dragon Egg and The Mace which we are not allowed to chest or ender chest. I want it so that i can toggle the dragon egg and the mace on and upon death my whole inventory is kept but only the dragon egg and mace will be dropped for the enemy. I keep my loot.

this should do the job, you can set the items that will drop in the config file.

how can i put this into my server when the server hosting doesn't allow me to add files into the plugins folder?

well if you can't add plugins then you can't add a plugin right
