Custom Item Names!

HI! I really need a plugin for my rpg server that lets me change the names of the default blocks/items. SpoutItems was able to do this however it is no longer updated anymore . I really need a plugin that can do this with multiworld support, since i only need to change the name's on one of my worlds.

i use a texture pack for the textures, but except with a special method on mac I can't change the names, so I'm insterrested too

 

maybe some1 can make a replicate of the spoutitems? seems like it has gone inactive..
