Question Custom invisibility potion in kit

I'm trying to make an invisibility potion given from a kit from essentials kit feature. What I want is it to have a 60 second duration instead of 2:15 like the normal one. Here's what I have now - potion 1 effect:invisibility duration:60 name:&bHide_From_Sight!
I've also tried this one - potion:16398 1 duration:60 name:&bHide_From_Sight!
but all it does is give me a water bottle with the name, it never has the effect, or it has the effect but the normal 2:15 duration :/
Anyone know how to make this work? Help is MUCH appreciated.
