Custom Heads for uhc

I really need a plugin wheee when you kill a player in uhc they drop their head but instead of making a golden head you click the head and you eat it you will then get regeneration 3 for like 4 seconds and speed 2 or 1 for 15 seconds like UHC Champions but if you put gold around it and make it a golden head it does more regen all the head effects would go to teammates aswell other than speed that would go to the person who ate the head I would make this plugin but I really don't know how someone please

 

@xRosss I would not know how to determine which player is in which team. Where do those teams come from? And maybe decide if youd like speed 1 or 2

 

Speed 2 and give effects to 1 player but maybe customisable head drops

You can make players drop 1 hear or 2 or 3 ect

How would we know who the teammates are?
