Filled custom enchant plugin?

So in this plugin I want custom enchant that i can get it with /cenchat give <player> <custom enchant name> and when you do /ce then a gui open and it show all the enchants and each enchant cost can be customized in config and it will give you that enchant book then you need to use anvil to apply it on the gear or tool. anvil cost exp levels.

Enchant I want.

Helmet
Fish (Gives you infinite WaterBreathing)
Blaze (Gives you infinite Fireprotection)
HealthBoost 1-3 (Gives you a extra heart, 2 heart per level)
Sunlight (Gives you infinite nightvision)

Chestplate
Replenish (Gives you infinite regeneration 2)
Implode (spawns 1 charged creeper when you die)

Leggings
Bump 1-3 (Knocks the person whose attacking you a few blocks away extra distance per level) (5% chance for the knockback to work)
Tipsy (Gives the person whose attacking you Nausea,mining fatique and Slowness for 5 sec) (10% chance for Nausea,mining fatique and Slowness to work)

Boots
Leaps 1-3 (Gives you infinite jumpboost 1-3 depending on enchantlevel)
Scoot 1-2 (Gives you infinite speed 1-2 depending on enchantlevel)
Feast (Gives you infinite saturation)

Sword
Vanish (Gives enemys slowness 2 & blindness for 5 sec) (10% chance)
Confusion (Gives the person who you are attacking Nausea for 5 seconds) (5% chance)
Thunderous (Strikes lightning on the person who you are attacking) (5% chance)
Grind 1-3 (Gives more exp when killing mobs(on level 1 it give you 2x exp and on lvl 2 3x exp on lvl 3 4x exp)
Life 1-2 (when you hit someone it Steals that enemy 3 heart and give it to you (level 1 have 5% chance and on next level the % increase by 5%)
Withered 1-2 (Gives a enemy wither effects (level 1 have 5% chance to give player wither effect for 5 sec and on next level the % increase by 5%)

Pickaxe
Haste 1-3 (give you haste effect 1-3 depending on the level)
Obsidian destroyer (destroys Obsidian in 1 click)

Just find an enchantment plugin that has some of these and then send a message to the developer to add other ones you want..
