Question Custom Chat Question

Hey! Well, as you can tell from the title, I need some help setting up a custom chat on my server. Right now I have Essentials and SimplePrefix for ranks and such, but I'm wondering how I can make the chat look something like this: [{RANK} {PLAYER}] with color codes. Any ideas on how I could do this (I would also like to have permissions to this too)?
