If anyone wants to make a unique (aka weird) plugin, I have an idea. You know how you can cure zombie villagers with potions and a golden apple? There could be a plugin that makes the server whitelisted, and the only way for a new player to come on is for someone to cure a regular zombie into a player in the same way that you'd cure a zombie villager. Once that happens, a spot is opened up, and the next person to connect to the server gets whitelisted and takes the place of the zombie that just got cured. If nobody takes the spot, an NPC Steve player just sits there until someone does.
