Solved Creative mode -> Survival when /spawn or stuck in a block?

I'm pretty sure this will help me with this. Anyways, I noticed when I did /spawn (spawnx) I would change gamemodes, and inventories too. I set the spawn somewhere else to test if it was my worldguard region, but it's not.
Also, when I use Worldedit, and use the axe to click on the block under me, I fall and get "stuck" in the block (I get back up cause the block regens). Also happens with Logblock (item is TNT).
