Plugin Help Crates Plus and GAListener

galistener is the plugin that I use for the vote but does not recognize the command (I think) of crates plus (/ crate key 'player' type amount) so I try to use the command give copying the lore of the key the name is the enchant, but the crate key has a third hour invisible so when I do the command to get the object it gives me but Crates Plus does not recognize the name.
so I ask if someone can tell me the id of the key or tell me why GAListener does not recognize the command of CratesPlus / crate key 'player' type amount
