Question Converting Bukkit world to vanilla

My friends and I are trying to make a puzzle map on my bukkit server,
And I need to know how to convert the three bukkit words (World, World_nether, World_the_end) into one world that can be played using vanilla single player Minecraft,
But I can't find anything online on how to do that.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
