Consistent Time Out Messages: Is it Bukkit or my server host?

Alright, so I've been running a server for quite a while, and now my members and I are getting a consistent error message. Now, as the title says, it'd be nice to know if this is a Bukkit bug, or my server host just being a pain. When I am able to connect, I can stay on for about 10 seconds without getting a java connection failure, then I can't connect again without restarting minecraft. When I can't connect, it gets up to "Downloading Terrain..." before I get an End of stream message. This whole time my server would be running smoothly, as well, so that doesn't help me at all.

Does anyone have any idea what's causing this/what I could do about it.

i tihnk mymcadmin might have something to do with it, also check to see if you have an outdarted minequery or dynamic map, make sure all you mysql database settings are right too!
