Consistent Crashes on Newest Bukkit Build

I am currently running Bukkit 156/335 and I have been getting consistant crashes... my server is not useable at the current rate we are crashing. Below is the error message:

...also I am using SimpleServer (as it says in the snippet of code above)

 

go back to b325, then start with your most important plugins and add them in one at time and try it with out simpleserver.
