Configuration Help

Okay so I'm new to the whole minecraft server thing, and i bought a small server to set up and if I like it I will buy more memory to have players play on it. My whole problem is i cant figure out how to configure my Plugins. I cant find a video that will help a dummy like me fix this problem.

Also i need a Plugin that lets me give kits to people for donating and a Plugin that when they donate they get a certain rank. As well as let me set my title to owner and my admins and so forth.

 

Every plugin comes with instructions on their respective page, why not just read and set them up to your liking?
