Configurable Leveled Mobs

    Suggested name: Idk xD

    What I want: I would like to see a plugin wich make that the Mobs have a Level. A higher Level means higher damage what should be configurable in the config with max Level, Drops, names, ... but the Names should be configurable like
    name1:
    Chance: 20%
    name2:
    Chance: 20%
    The Drops should be configurable like
    Item: Diamond Sword
    Display-name: OP-Sword
    Enchantements:
    - Knockback V
    - Sharpness V
    - ...
    Lore: This is Sword is OP
    Effect to Player:
    - Speed V - 10 sec
    Effect to Enemy:
    - Poison V - 10 sec

    The Mobs should be near the spawn with a low Level like Level 1 to 10 and far away like Level 100 but with configurable Maximum Level like 100.
    The Mobs should get with Levels some skills like Speed and enchanted armor and weapons...
    This should be configurable too.

    Ideas for commands:
    /<pluginname> reload

    Ideas for permissions:
    <pluginname>.reload

    PS: If it would be possible, then with some better movements, like a Player does just that a mob does the same too that means that a mob can Punch with a sword or shoot with bow....
