Solved Config colors

Hey i'm in need of help.

I'm coded a freeze plugin where / freeze <player>
and it freezes them in place, how ever, i want to be able to change the message, right now its, Player, you have been frozen by a staff member, but i'd like to be able to change all of the messages, like you dont have perms ect.
I have looked for a while but can't find anything, i'm thankful for all the help i can get!

 

This is the first plugin i've ever made, i'm updating it as people have requested, i tried one method, i can't rmember which it was, but it allowed me to change it, but i really want color codes in the config eg.

I don't want you too spoon feed me as i really want to learn, but i really want this finished aswell, do you know any good videos/tuturiols for this ?
