   Hey. all of you know that commandblocks don't working good in bukkit/spigot servers
   and that is why i need a plugin that allows commandblocks to work perfectly with vanilla commands.
   
   there is a way or option to make plugin like this?

   They are working fine for me, too. Maybe you did'nt enable them in server.properties?
