   CausticCraft

   I need a really simple plugin where if i do /fly i have to stand still for x amount of time for it to commence. So if i move in the x amount of time the command will not commence and i would have to retype it. its sorta like how in essentials you can put a delay on the teleport command. so i was wondering if anyone had a plugin that already does this or could possibly make one for me?
