Suggested name: ItemCommands

What I want: I want a plugin that allows you to put a command on a item. Lets use paper as a example. I want to add the command */manuaddsub (player) (group)* to the piece of paper so when the player right clicks it, it will do the command and the paper will vanish. I want to be able to put these in a crate (Using CrateReloaded) as a special gift. Also the item must be able to have more than one command attached to it, so I can add */manuaddv suffix/prefix (player) (suffix/prefix)*. So in total it will kinda be like this. To attach commands I was thinking about holding the item you want to put commands on and do the command /createcommand (command).
*Paper* When right clicked, it goes away and does the commands that were attached to it.
