Command Block Text Files

My friend and I are making an serious roleplay server. Our problem is that sifting through enormous amounts of extra long applications and accepting people takes a substantial amount of time. I had an idea that might be able to fix it and I just wanted to know if any one has made it before I start from scratch.

The idea is a player clicks on a command block, this prompts the server to make a new text file titled after the players user name. The command block then asks them their name and they enter it. Their input is then saved into the text file. They then click on the next command block which prompts it to write the players next response to their corresponding text file and then asks for the character description. The player writes the description and the command block takes the input and saves it i na text file. This goes on and on with as many different types of input you want such as age, gender, etc.

So has anyone made something similar and is it even possible to make?

I don't think so, but this is easy to do, so someone can make this request for you.

I could do it myself, I would just need someone to point me in the right direction.
