    Plugin category: Chat-related, Admin-tools, Informatical

    Suggested name: MultipleChat

What I want: I'd like to see a plugin that can show the chatmessages of multiple servers into one webbased client or computer program. We'd love to be able to use this client (browser- or computerbased) to talk and execute commands, so we can easily administrate multiple server chats from one client/website/program.

For example, a webbased client where you can login with your minecraft username and password and that shows tabs of each server were you can view the chat and execute commands / use the chat.

Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin, although /mc reload would probably be helpful.

Ideas for permissions: multiplechat.use to use the client, multiplechat.exempt to be excluded from chat.

When I'd like it by: In 3 weeks would be awesome, although we don't need it tomorrow so take your time!

    Nobody wants a new challenge?

I'm sure there has been something like that already.

Funny that you post this, because I have been messing around on how to do this. So far I have gotten a basic setup of the server listening for connections, and sending out messages that are said in-chat. I don't have a client yet, but here is the source code that I have:

**Please note that this is no where near something that I would ever release, as it has many security holes and just something I was having fun with**

If you want me to continue this I will, but anyone is free to take this and use it =)

There was indeed a plugin who did something like this, problem is that the plugin is outdated (1.4.2 or so). Kodfod, if you have any spare time, I would love to see the result. We normally would write our own plugin but our developer is having exams and has some personal problems so he is not going to be online for a couple of weeks.
