Combine Enchantments

Plugin category: Enchantments? (I really dont know what category to put this in, neither where the category's are to choose from.

Minecraft version: Spigot 1.16.4

Suggested name: Combine Enchantments (you can change this if you want)

What I want: What I want is to be able to combine all the protections into one armor and same with swords. (example for weapons and tools, my diamond sword with the plugin has bane of arthropods, sharpness, smite, fire aspect, etc) (example for armor, My diamond helmet has protection, projectile protection, fire protection, blast protection, etc.) So basically removing incompatibility's with enchantments on every weapon, tool, anything that can have enchantments and has incompatibility's.

Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin.

Ideas for permissions: Im new to this stuff so i dont even know what this is im guessing this is who gets to get the permission to do the plugin suggestion? so do whatever you want on this

When I'd like it by: preferably Today or Tomorrow, but i would like it before sunday.
