Combat tag that keeps you tagged when you run back into spawn

    Suggested name: CombatSpawn or whatever you feel is the best

    What I want:

    So the spawn in my world is going to be flat to the ground. But i would like it so if the players run out and if they get hit it will combat tag them. And then if they try to run back into spawn players can still hit them, The only way to become uncombat tagged is to keep running for x amount of time and not get hit.

    and if players inside spawn see someone run in from combat they can hit them also even if there in spawn and become combat tagged like everyone else. and for them to become un tagged they have to remain unhit for x amount of time also.

    I do not know if this will work with world guard. So there may also need to be a way to set a protective region in spawn that no one can break or anything or place stuff in order

    Ideas for commands: Only to set the spawn so /setspawn and maybe /setspawn <protective area>.

    Ideas for permissions: cs.setspawn and cs.bypass for the combat tag bypass.
