What I want: A plugin that gives a permission to use specefic command of a command block

Ideas for commands: None

Ideas for permissions: command.use.[command]

When I'd like it by: as soon as posible

You can enter essentials and block the command block, I believe you can also deny specific useages (like the op command) by adding it under the essentials banned commands.

 

but it's for a plot server
that a group can use spefefic command in the command block

 

You will have to ask the devs about that, I can only say what I know, don't know If there is anything that makes you able to block the useages...
