Not all plugins show their permissions, but they do show their commands. You'll just have to look them all up. Unless I'm wrong and someone proves me so.

 

Nope, I'm pretty sure you're right. Some plugin developers just don't put the permissions in the plugin.yml..

 

ok, there is like 500,000 in Bukkit Dev look there, i used 1 so i know there there.

Again, this isn't possible >.<. Some developers don't input their permissions into the plugin.yml, because it's already in the code.

You need to go the plugin's dev page and find the nodes yourself.
