Sw_aG Looks like he wrote something wrong in plugin.yml...

EDIT: Or he didn't even include the plugin in that jarfile. Just opened it with WinRar and guess what is there: folder META-INF, file .classpath, file .project, file config.yml and file plugin.yml. But no actual plugin is there. (that's why it is only 1,3 kb)

Sw_aG There isn't any problem in plugin.yml. There is problem with plugin itself - it isn't there.

The problem: when the server is up the clock is auto start's (I want the clock to be stop {Not start} when the server Is up)

 

I think Time command event (TCE) can do this.
