Classic plugin? unlimited items?

As a dedicated server owner, i remember there being a plugin that allows unlimited blocks , like you cav have 64 and if u put a block down it would go to 63 then to 64 , so it never ran out.. But the plugins is not supported anymore, i was wondering if a dev can help me with that?

SOLUTION!!!! XD:
1) Install Essentials (its a plugin) and Permissions (its also a plugin)
2) Give yourself the "essentials.unlimited" permission
3) Type "/unlimited dirt" for example. Replace 'dirt' with item id or item name
4) DONE!!!!! You now have a 'classic' item!
