Citizens " This server is not using an economy plugin"

I am gettin this error when ever i try to give my traders things to sell i have iConomy installed and i dont really want to get a new plugin for money, whats wrong?

 

do you have vault? ToxicXGL

 

NPCs can't sell stuff if you don't got an economy plugin and Vault.

 

Ok so installed vault and it says iconomy7 is my economy(even though i have iConomy 6 installed) i can open up the transaction page but when i open it up i cant buy him anything, when i made him a trader i went: trader sell chicken 5

 

iconomy is VERY outdated. get BOSEeconomy

 

Vault says its using both BOSEconomy and essentials economy and now i cant set my NPC to be a trader because its back to " This server is not using an economy plugin"
