* Citizens Addon * NPCTierShops

Suggested name: NPCTierShops

What I want: A Citizens addon that when you right click the NPC it opens a inventory and you put your items in there and when you click a Green Wool it gives you money. The block prices can be set up in the config or a prices yml.

* It need to have 3 different price files for each Tier *

Ideas for commands: ( /npc select ) /npc settier1 - /npc settier2 - /npc settier3

Ideas for permissions: npc.tier, npc.createtiers
