   Citizen plugin does not work on version 1.13.2, downloaded the latest version of the plugin, and minecraft version 1.13.2, the plugin glows green on the server itself but no commands work, what should I do?

   it most likely out of date like the error log says, download and install the most resent update of the plugin and see if it helps
