   What I want: If a player does the command /CitizenPhone (citizen name) it will interact with that citizen no mater where they are.
   
   Ideas for commands: /CitizenPhone
   
   Ideas for permissions: CitizenPhone.use
   
   When I'd like it by: As soon as you can please.

   @Faith Right Clicking/activate their interaction features.
   
   I found it
   citizensnpcs.api.event.NPCRightClickEvent
   
   So executing the command would mimic that event
