Chicken From Heaven

Suggested name: Chicken From Heaven (not totally sure)

What I want: I would like a plugin that makes chickens or bats spawn at a certain Y value, then go down in a parabolic curve (quadratics) and at the vertex, to ride a mob like a zombie, then fly forward, and up, drop the zombie on top of a person, then disappear in a puff of smoke, or an explosion a few blocks higher. Basically, I want it to allow mobs to reach players who are high up in a cool way. Tanks.

Ideas for commands: /cfh <enable/disable> <mobType>

Ideas for permissions: cfh.command.use?
